These Terms of Service ("Agreement") provide legally binding terms for your use of any application (including any related services provided by Speedometer). By using any application, you accept this agreement, and declare and guarantee that you have the right, power and ability to sign this agreement. If you do not agree with all the terms of this agreement, please do not use any application. This agreement is your final, complete and proprietary agreement with Speedometer and relevant information on this topic (including the application) and supersedes and merges all previous discussions and agreements between parties on such topics (including any previous end users License agreement, terms of service or privacy policy).
1.1 License
Subject to the terms of this agreement, Speedometer grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to (a) for your personal use, and (b) to copy (to download, install, and execute the number) owned by you or Control the copy of the download site authorized by each application on the mobile device used ("license").
1.2 Certain restrictions

1.3 Local laws
You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to import and export regulations.
1.4 Modification
Speedometer reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the application or any part of it at any time without notice. You agree that Pose It shall not be responsible to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or interruption of any application or any part of it.
1.5 Ownership
The app provided to you has obtained your permission and will not be sold. Speedometer (and its licensors, if any) have all rights, titles and rights in all applications and in all applications, including all related intellectual property rights, except for your user content (defined below). This agreement is not a sale, nor will it convey to you any ownership of any application or related to it. Speedometer names, logos, and product names related to the application belong to Speedometer (or its licensors, if applicable) and are not implied, estoppel or other ways to grant them the right or permission to use them. Speedometer (and its licensors) reserves all rights not granted in this agreement.
1.6 Advertising
When starting or stopping an application, it may display advertisements. During the game, banner ads and/or interstitial ads may be displayed.
2.1 User content
"User content" means any content uploaded, distributed or otherwise provided by this user via an app. You are solely responsible for your user content. You take all risks associated with the use of your user content, including trust in its accuracy, completeness or usefulness by others or the disclosure of your user content that makes you or third parties personally identifiable. You hereby declare and guarantee that your User Content does not violate the Acceptable Use Policy defined below. You may not specify or imply that your User Content is in any way provided, sponsored or supported by Speedometer. Speedometer is not obliged to secure user content, and user content can be deleted at any time. You are solely responsible for making backup copies of your user content if you wish.
